Transfer Agency Supervisor Job - Glasgow

Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Investment Operations Manager to join the rapidly expanding Glasgow business of this global investment banking organisation as Transfer Agency Supervisor.

In this newly created role, the Transfer Agency Supervisor will responsible for leading a team of around 8 who are tasked with providing shareholder servicing to a number of key Transfer Agency clients.

Specific duties will include:

-Day to day management of the team
-Assisting in the management of client relationships
-Contributing to key process improvements
-Managing the daily work flow of the team and ensuring all SLA's are adhered to

For this position our client is ideally seeking individuals with previous managerial or team leader experience gained within investment operations (preference will be given to individuals with transfer agency experience). Other key attributes include:

-Experience of dealing with regulatory bodies
-Strong communication skills
-Track record of process improvements
-Familiarity with systems such as Euroclear, Fundsettle, Vestima and EMX

At least one years experience of leading/managing teams is essential for this opening.
