Description
Global investment banking organisation are currently seeking to grow and develop their Glasgow operation and as such are now seeking to recruit an experienced investment operations manager to join them as Transfer Agency Manager.
Operating in a highly visible role the Transfer Agency Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of a large team which is expected to grow over time.
Specific duties will include:
-Managing the work flow of the team
-Developing and improving processes and procedures
-Ensure effective on boarding of new clients
-Building strong relationships with transfer agency clients
For this opening our client is ideally seeking individuals with previous experience gained in a transfer agency environment and hands on managerial experience.
Individuals with other Financial Services/Investment Operations managerial experience will also be considered provided they have strong customer focus.
