We're always interested in candidates who have strong product and project experience or specific qualifications such as Prince 2 or ACA. In addition, candidates should have built up first class project management skills, have an analytical mind and ability to make an immediate impact, for a successful transition into the world of change management. Candidates who have the ability to parachute into an existing department and continue to drive the business forward are also highly sought after. Successful interim managers not only think strategically but are also able to implement big picture ideas, within an organisation's existing framework and culture. Above all we look for professionals to whom interim is a career choice - not a short term answer to permanent job shortages. Interim managers are much more than a simple stop gap, so all applications are assessed thoroughly to ensure they have the unique combination of skills, knowledge and ability to truly deliver this executive service.
