We operate one of the best commission structures within the professional recruitment sector. Importantly, it’s completely transparent.
There are three ways to earn your money here. Placing jobs is the obvious one however we also operate a candidate ownership policy. If one of your colleagues finds the right job for your candidate (and vice versa) you both earn a fee. Meaning you will always be rewarded for finding the best talent on the market. The final way, and one that sits at the heart of our business, is generating leads. Generate one for your colleague that converts to business and you will earn revenue from that converted lead.

Our basic salaries are very competitive within the market place
We offer a non-contributory pension, private healthcare, season ticket loan and reduced corporate gym membership rates, whilst our support staff are also eligible for a performance related annual bonus. Everyone receives an additional day off on their birthday and a further day off to work on a community project.

Our target is to ensure 80% of all promotions are filled by our internal talent and our pre-promotion programmes specifically for senior consultants and team leaders have helped numerous consultants progress their careers to the next level. We also provide new consultants with mentors, conduct bi-annual appraisals and have an open door policy to our senior management team - the majority of whom joined as consultants themselves.
