our community work

We believe Randstad Financial & Professional can play a vital role in developing the workforce of the future by  promoting careers within the financial & professional services sector to a wider, more diverse audience.

Voluntary Work

Every member of staff is given a day off to work on a community project from improving the homes of vulnerable children to supporting failing schools or drop in centres. Our employees also make a donation every month via their salary, raising thousands of pounds through their pay cheques to support Kids Company, the charity for inner-city children.

Educational schemes

Our employees volunteer their time to mentor groups of teenagers throughout their vital GCSE year at an inner-city school in Camden. Feedback has shown that the girls have benefited enormously with growing confidence and improving grades. Recently we had our very first success from our inaugural scheme in 2006 - with one of our original girls securing a position within a London bank.
